Temporarily disable your antivirus software before installation (right-clicking its system tray icon usually offers a “Turn off protection temporarily” option). -
In your antivirus settings, find the “Trusted Zone”, “Exclusions”, or “Whitelist” feature. -
Add the following three key system folders as trusted paths: -

C:\Users(On some language systems, this folder might be named “Utilisateurs,” etc.)

Phase 1: Software Installation and Plugin Replacement

Install Software: Run the official grandMA2 onPC installation package to complete the setup.

Copy Plugins: Locate the two provided plugin files and copy them to the following installation directory:

Replace Files: Paste the files from the “MA2-Plugin” folder into the directory mentioned above, confirming any prompts to overwrite.
Phase 2: Startup and Configuration

Launch Software: Run grandMA2 onPC directly. At this stage, the system should automatically unlock 256 DMX Universes.

Network Settings: When configuring your Session Settings, ensure you select 127.0.0.1 as your Loopback address.
Note: It is highly recommended to avoid using the IP address of your physical network card to ensure maximum system stability.
