Solution for the “Demo Version Timeout” Issue After 2 Hours of Use in Capture Versions 2025.1.12 & 2025.1.14
Dear Users,
We have received reports that Capture versions 2025.1.12 and 2025.1.14 may trigger a “Demo Version Timeout” error after running continuously for approximately 2 hours, causing the software to close unexpectedly.

Version Downgrade Suggestion
Please uninstall Capture 2025.1.12 or 2025.1.14 and roll back to Capture 2025.1.8 or 2025.1.10. -
Stability Confirmation
Our testing has confirmed that Capture version 2025.1.10 and all earlier versions are stable, and no timeout issues were observed.
✅ New Tested Solution
After further testing, we are now providing the following workaround:
